During her time working alongside our teachers and students, we focused on strengthening small-group math instruction and finding ways to make learning meaningful for every student.
Mrs. Chatfield and her students jumped right into the learning with Dr. Adams and are excited to continue implementing math groups and building on the strategies they explored together in the coming months!
We are grateful for the support, collaboration, and new learning Dr. Adams brought to ABC. We look forward to seeing our teachers continue to grow their instructional practices and our students continue to grow as mathematicians! #4theT

To kick off their new fractions unit, Mrs. Richardson’s 5th grade math class jumped right into hands-on learning! Students used fraction tiles to build fractions and then took on the challenge of adding or subtracting fractions to create the new fraction called out by Mrs. Richardson.
What a fun way to build number sense, encourage collaboration, strengthen classroom relationships, and bring math concepts to life! Our ABC students are learning by doing, thinking critically, and growing their math skills one fraction at a time! #4theT

We have two extraordinary students to recognize for their incredible hard work and achievements at the Perry Fair last weekend! Dallas and Brooks represented Annie Belle Clark Elementary with true Blue Devil pride in the livestock ring. 🚜🌾
📍 Dallas brought home top honors in the cattle division:
• 🥇 1st Place overall in Showmanship
• 🥇 1st Place in class with his heifer
• 🥈 2nd Place with his steer
📍 Brooks had an outstanding showing in the sheep competition:
• 🥉 3rd Place in his lamb's weight class
• 🏅 7th Place overall
Showing livestock takes immense dedication, responsibility, and early mornings. We are beyond proud of these young leaders for showcasing their passion and skills on such a big stage!
